Rounds are getting so -blam!-ed because you force people who don't normally play stuff like pistols and shotguns to play them and they run around like idiots being useless creating endless 1-10 ratio rounds and -blam!-ing up the whole game. Than you add -blam!- steps to the quest like 10 ROCKET LAUNCHER KILLS, great, now for a week everyone is just going to fight around the heavy wep dispenser and create boring dumb rounds. -blam!-ing stop bungie, this isn't wow, enought with the meaningless fetch quests.
