Who's all excited to do the same chores for every vendor to help Saint??
I know I am. Man, the story progression is so vivid and exciting now that the reigns have been cut loose! You know how bounties make you do the same thing over and over? This riveting quest have you do those same things over and over, [i]over and over[/i]!!
I take back every bad thing I ever said about Bungie and Destiny!

4 RespuestasYou mean like litterally every other game? Yeah...that is how games work. You dont see people complaining in fortnite about how their mission is to defeat all other people AGAIN....or people in CoD to defeat big baddy #100 that tries to destroy/take over the world.

3 RespuestasIf they had let us start this at reset (or a few minutes after, once we completed the mission), I'd be less irritated. Instead, they made us wait until we'd done a week's worth of bounties and then finally stuck him in the tower only to tell us to do it all over again. I'd already completed my weeklies, and now I have to do another set of weeklies but after the week is almost over. This feels like bullshit.

I would be SO fine with just one bigger update inbetween the big "comet expansions" every year. Just some meaningful content and not trying to get people to do the same boring tasks until you can't see the stuff anymore. But gotta exploit that FOMO so people keep coming back every few weeks because the thing that sure is properly updated every time is everyone's favorite storefront! ... (the Eververse, obviously)

Aside from the slightly different quasi-horde mode, each new season is just compiled of different reasons to keep grinding all the same things we have been grinding for two years, give or take. I do enjoy the additional playable story arcs, but those sections are pretty small and are over with just as they start to get interesting.

I'm finished and upto until quest step from saint 14 and the quest step to build the obalisc only has to be done once on one guardian then unlocks on all three.

2 RespuestasI dunno, I thought its was cool how you can craft weapons without doing a menagerie length activity. And that the weapons aren't bad ones. Compare this season to Curse of Osiris for a second... Worst weapon crafting experience ever.

This season feels like a chorefest. Do this, kill that, collect this reskin for your efforts, buy this, get this many kills to advance, etc etc. It never ends. That's the problem with MMOs. The hunger for more is always there and it truly never quenches. Oh cool, so Saint-14 is back. Now what? We still got a pyramid as big as the Traveler waiting to decimate us on the moon, a Cabal emperor who sees us as his personal puppets, the Stranger from Venus is nowhere to be found, SIVA is going to SIVA, no more SRL racing; as all the event staff probably got fired to make room for the Eververse staff, the Hunters still have no Vanguard leader, and Rasputin is ras-putin his time on Mars and Earth. Destiny's story is all over the place. No wonder Bungie doesn't tell us to become legends anymore, as the only legendary thing our Guardian has done since his rivival is not talk....

2 RespuestasBeen off work since Wednesday with a trippy middle ear inflammation so decided to play what I paid for... really enjoyed it until the disappointment of endless, repetitive tasks I’ve done a zillion and one times before, became my end of campaign reward. Top tip: shoot Cabal-not in the cabals but twice in the foot (or once in each foot for the 1% player) with non-explosive round, kinetic HC. Prime condition for a ‘finishing.’ Do this a few thousand times and get the excellent end-game reward: ‘Another Bounty.’ It’s pinnacle, low-key-meta, must-have for one-phase Skolas/Atheon/Crota/Oryx all returning as-Bobby Ewing style- it turns out we were actually dreaming when we killed them the first time round...and we’ve affected the time-line irreversibly or some plot guff!
