Look for my name in this thread mate. Currently the only way to fix it short term is to delete the game and reinstall it.

Hey mate, sorry for the delay busy as due to xmas. Sadly if that didn't work then there nothing more y po u can do at this point beside harassing bungie here until they reply. But being xmas that's gunna be hard now
