I don’t know what the future holds. I don’t live in the past either. What I do know, is that right now, we’re at: “For $10 what do you expect?” Next October? Wow, that’s asking a lot from a community. Yr4? I don’t recall Bungie addressing a yr4 or D3 debate. But, I’m hopeful that you’re right and Bungie learned the lessons from the drastic changes from D1 to D2. Continuity is something I’m a fan of, so I’m hopeful for a year 4 also. The game’s future for me, as it stands right now, is a yearly dlc purchase and nothing more. The meat of the year’s content is in the dlc drop, not the seasons, and the seasons being removed, makes them non-entities to me anyways. Trust me, I could completely have skipped the entire Vex Offensive. I still haven’t completed a single final assault, don’t really care to. Heck, I haven’t even picked up my weapons from my maxed out artifact, don’t really care if I do or not.
