the requirement is 14000 kills/medals. So 140 raw kills to move it 1%. One of the fastest ways to move it is cold fusion medals as they count for 1% by themselves. there are several youtube videos that will list what the best strats are for it

Yeah this statement is BS. Dude know what your saying before you say it. I just returned to Destiny 2 weeks ago and started this quest 4 days ago and have the kills done and medals at 56% so no way in hell its 14k kills. Wow do you just repeat everything you hear on the internet or do ever apply a little logic to what you hear? Most people wont get 14k kills in a year of PVP let alone 8 weeks even playing 2 hours a day. Just WOW is all i can say

No. He is correct. It is 14000 points from kills and/or medals. A single kill is worth 1 point. Some medals are worth 1% (or roughly equivalent to 140 points). Other medals are worth >1 point but less than 1% of the overall needed.

That is false They must be multi kill medals So double play, triple plays or cold fusion kills will work.

Editado por Abyssoque: 11/26/2019 1:59:22 PMNo its specifically stated in the quest you must get multi kill medals for fastest even all the YT videos I have seen say that.as well. Ie example killing a guardian with a scout won't grant progress but killing two and getting a double play will.

The reason I speak to the kill count is I actually saw mine move as I was killing. If I got 6 final blows my count went up 6. It is by no means the best way to complete the quest and medals do make it go much faster, but it is still there. https://imgur.com/2juLafV

Editado por Abyssoque: 11/26/2019 7:54:48 PMI'm telling you the final blows is 450 kills with the scout rifle you must get the kill no assists, the medals and defeated enemies dont go up every time you get a kill only on certain medals. I have the weapon I know what I went through also I played a ton of swat control and was always tracking my progress the medals did not count for individual kills. Multikills are the best way to progress and acquire said weapon You are entitled to believe what you believe and I am entitled to believe what I believe so we end it there.

I too have the weapon and tracked my progress via outside tools. I have even included a screen shot of the exact wording of the quest to show your phrasing was/is incorrect. If you are not wishing to discuss the possibility of your being incorrect you should not try calling people out who have you disagree with.

Use something like an erentil, loaded question or jotunn if you are having issues with kills as they are all one hit kills when you get all of the bolts on target. Otherwise, look up the videos and see what your other options are.

i do not have access to any of the those, nor the time to grind for them, considering how close the season is to finish

Do I agree with this.....no but its the game your playing. There are far worse quests then this in game and almost all with require PVP since Bungie still is at step 1 of understanding how to make PVP work. They want to force you into playing this game their way and not yours. You have no choice and must do as they SAY or you get nothing. That way they can feel like people like their game and like their PVP cause servers are busy but in reality once award is gained people no longer PVP. Either way the gun is $hit and not worth the effort. Since pinnacle is now dead none of this garbage ritual crap is worth the effort. Its dumbed down to the point its mind numbing for all the new light players to feel like they are achieving something. The SMG and MG ritual is the same year one garbage that's been in game just different name and an extra perk. Nothing new nothing unique. They do not want to put any effort into balancing the game due to pinnacles releasing like recluse or others so youll get the same banana just with a different name or color now.
