Crappy fix.
Could y’all not -blam!- up everything someone complains about? You made titan supers useless and far too weak to even do anything while a spectral blade can kill a titan super one hit OR with just a single clip of recluse, not active. Like seriously

I follow this I have felt it as well but I also keep a sniper handy on me for shooting others out of their supers it goes a long way even erianas vow does well with it

All supers should do equal damange. And then let us duke it out. I admit i am a fair player so i have learned a few tricks to gain advantage over players better than me. Sorry i don't kiss and tell.
