What were your favorite things about the dungeon?

Maybe something like this for the next Seasonal activity instead of the huge let down that was the Undying Mind.
-
Everything. Great job to you guys! Praise is definitely in order

Editado por SteveTheScreeb: 11/6/2019 6:11:16 PMThe new dungeon is great and visually appealing. I was not partial to every encounter (except the totems - great throwback) being a '3s thing'. Seems odd that the first encounter you need to slay 3 mini bosses, ogres - 3 doors, ninja warrior - 3 wizards, final boss - 3 mini bosses for dps. The idea of the '3s thing' seems a bit overused. Keep it up guys!

Most of it was fantastic! My favorite part was the ogre part in the tunnels. Only part I didn’t like was the part between the totem encounter and final boss, it is pretty tedious and I didn’t find it very fun to do
-
Yeah that Ogre encounter was kinda lame...I mean maybe if there was an indication on the radar leading you where you needed to get it might be more fun or enjoyable. Or even making the Ogre encounter an actual mini boss phase. That would have been cool but just having to sneak around with like ZERO indicators on where you’re going ruins it for me.

the jumping puzzle is the best part!
-
The hide and seek Ogre encounter is by far the best, especially if there are no hunters in your fireteam
-
Dungeon specific weapons and armour. An exotic actually tied to it Wish ender came from shattered throne and felt good to have a purpose to run it again. Soloing is hard, but do able. Do not make another totem nade spamming encounter please... I have a new found hatred of acolytes....

This is the kind of PVE (outside raid) activites this game needs. It's quite challenging to solo, but not impossible. It has a raidish vibe to it, but it's not so demanding in terms of team/ppl. There are some secrets, some jump puzzles, light mechanics that are repeated throughout the dungeon. If you guys could do 1 per month, with their own set of armor, 1 or 2 weapons (doesn't need to be fantastic, just unique looking), some secrets, lore, and throw some exotics now and then, I don't think people would ask anything else in PVE, besides some raids every 3 or 6 months.

I would like dungeon specific armor and a few more guns but great work!

Editado por Trafalgar_Lou: 11/5/2019 6:01:30 PMJust done for first time today. Jumped into a party with a couple of chill guys and got through! Favourite part had to be the final boss fight and the mechanics were in a sweet spot!

Cozmo I feel the Pit of Heresy was a success mainly because it wasn't so mechanic heavy like the last two raids are. With the new leveling system most player are at Max light which allows them to participate in it and not have to deal with "be 960 have 10 clears". Best content in a while GG.
-
Please put armor in the next one the weapons are cool but if you can a set would be nice
-
I like not crota but totally crota
-
The Pit is A LOT of fun. I feel like you have a bit more freedom then you did in Shattered Throne, and its a bit more forgiving. (Not that I didn't play the ever living crud out of ST). Even the Ogre chase and crazy jump puzzle area was a ton of fun. My favorite part (s) are: -Sword mechanics are hella fun -The music (this game always has the best music) -The setting (the Necropolis is gorgeous) Please express to the team our gratitude for another fun dungeon, one of which will be played and replayed over and over again!
-
Honestly...I think it’s probably one of the better activities in the game right now. Has quite a bit going for it, and the lack of brutal and unnecessary wipe mechanics keeps it enjoyable.
-
Got to say the jumping bits were my favorite and the sense of enormity of the size and scale . Good stuff well designed
-
The surroundings are spectacular. Jumping puzzles were fun. Encounters were challenging at 940 but not impossible if someone died. Well done!
-
I really liked that it had matchmaking! made it super easy to get into. /s
-
Was awesome
-
solo'd up to the plate, was going for xenophage. unlocked the room, need more time to figure out that room, but super fun!
-
I enjoyed figuring out the mechanics. That said we didn’t realise the end boss could take regular damage so we spent a long time whittling down his health with swords 😂 Ogre cave was also awesome! Would be nice to get some dungeon specific armour though, rather than the standard moon gear
-
One of the best things is that the dungeon is an endgame activity for three players, for some reason I find it way more enjoyable when the number of players is three not six and my team felt the same way.
-
What were your favorite things about the dungeon?
Playing cat and mouse with the Ogres!

i loved the part where i opened the chest at the end of the encounters and got moon weapons and not the new weapons. yet... altars of sorrow had the loot for the guns, yet another swing and a miss eh? coulda added matchmaking to altars like you failed in the past, you did it for menagerie, you couldnt add matchmaking into a private instance? something that you just "learned" last season...
