Izanagi’s burden quest still bugged
I had the first three keys inserted and got the black armory key mold quest on Tuesday when that bug was fixed. I completed the quest and finished the bergusia forge on max temper today and got the final black armory key. However when I inserted it, it DIDNT give me the quest progress and still shows that I haven’t opened the final black armory lock. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Same issue,lost 3 keys luckily saw this post and did not put in 4th key

Yesterday I didn’t get the obsidian crystal from the rare bounty. Today I finished the tempered bergusia forge and the box did not accept the 4th key black Armory key. Bungie as a D1 player who has bought every expansion I expect the sniper provided to us who have spent valuable time on this quest. No more steps or time, please just have Xur sell it tomorrow or just send it to my postmaster.

Keys aren't the only thing being consumed. I wouldn't consume anything for lock and key for i have lost out on my Obsidian crystal as well for the next part of the quest. You can finish the bounty and that's about it

I had the same issue, but when the update happened my box was reset so I need to get the first 3 keys again. It really sucks

3 Respuestasjust had the same issue I used my black forge key today after spending a very long time doing public events and strikes for the mold then doing the forge. Tried to insert it into the box and nothing happens it goes away and now the quest is stuck. They fixed one part only to have another part broken. Bungie needs to fix this soon or make Xur sell Izanagis. Waited such a long time for this and its still broken.

PS: Give the notification for the problem in-game, most people don't really care for your twitter feed. Also, you had no problem disabling the Telesto (still not fixed btw), why not just do the same for the key?

Finally finished everything for the black armory key, inserted it and nothing happened. This quest is just ridiculous at this point. They should just give us the damn weapon after having to wait for them to fix all of this crap.

All those steps just to get nothing at the end when you input that final damn key is just bs. Edit : they specifically statet that players are encouraged not to use their keys since the quest for izanagi isn't progressed in terms of fix just as i saw this i kinda feel even worse tbh.

Yeah it just happened to me to I just finished the black armory key mold quest chain went to insert the key and poof nothing, can't even get the key mold quest back. Was the last key I needed for the box to. Bungie fix this give us our keys back or something this is insane and not everyone uses twitter so putting it just there is not acceptable response to us losing our keys.

1 Respuestayeah im sorry but at this point im thinking refund... i only got the Forsaken dlc so i could access all the good exotics weapons AND the quest that go with it.. im not waiting another month for this to get resolved. end of next week or im seeking a refund and moving away from this franchise. these bug .... are annoying after spending a week grinding for this..
