Izanagi’s burden quest still bugged
I had the first three keys inserted and got the black armory key mold quest on Tuesday when that bug was fixed. I completed the quest and finished the bergusia forge on max temper today and got the final black armory key. However when I inserted it, it DIDNT give me the quest progress and still shows that I haven’t opened the final black armory lock. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Well, I'm in the same boat as most people here (Volundr Key inserted, Gofannon and Izanami Keys unattained, Black Armoury Key expended, quest 'lost'). Thankfully, I still have my rare bounty, so 'silver linings'...I guess.

same here. quest gone and no completion. PLEASE dont let me do this whole Step again and fix it. it takes my motivation to play this game

Same problem. Key vanished, no progress on the box. Now I'm stuck again on this quest. This is really annoying.

I cant even get the mould ): I've had the 3 keys inserted since izangis forge unlocked and took a break. Heard they fixed it but nothing from black armory vendor nor the cache drop from max temper in bergusia forge ):

Just inserted my Black Armory Key, since I thought this had been resolved...like it was supposed to be. Absolutely gutted. Is it too much to ask for Bungie to just disable the quest until this issue is [i]actually[/i] resolved? Well, maybe it is, but players shouldn't have to look outside of the game to be notified of this sort of situation. I'll be pretty darn upset if I have to grind everything again.

This has also happened to me about 30 mins ago. I want my quest fixed please. I dont check twitter so How was I to know this was going to happen. If the quest was broke than disable the quest dont let players waste thier time doing something that is not going to give the disired outcome

Legit the same thing happened except i kept my keys until i got all of them to insert and now i dont have any of my keys and no progress what so ever. Bungi needs to fix their broken game.

I didn’t know it was bugged and I had 2 of 4 complete and finished and inserting the Izanami and Bergusia keys so I abandoned the quest hoping it would fix itself and when I picked it up again from ada my progress is reset. Bungie needs to fix this now!!

-blam!-, knew I shouldn't have put those keys in. I don't know about this Obsidian Crystal stuff, but I purchased Forsaken today, had 3 keys previously from random forge encounters, and now they've disappeared altogether.

Well it's really unprofessional for this to occure again even after releasing a "fix" for the quest without proper testing. I know bugs and glitches happens all the time but still. The big concern now is, what's gonna happen to those that wasted their keys and rare bounty? Because waiting for the correct forge again can take up to 4 days and getting a rare bounty again can take a very long time. And fyi, not everyone that plays destiny actually reads the forum or check twitter. So the warning not to use the key didn't do to much, atleast use the title screen ingame to put up a notice, that way everyone whos plays the game will be able to see it. In my case I've been waiting since bnet to steam change to get izanagi. I basically bought forsaken just to be able to get this sniper (I really like hard hitting snipers). When the "fix" arrived I was so happy I got the forth key from the forge and it just dissapeared without progress after inserting the key. So does that mean I'll have to wait for a fix again then wait for the correct forge because thats just a huge time waste.

Too bad I've seen this post after I tried to insert the key... Actually I found this post only because I was looking for help,I'm first time on this site btw. That doesn't feels right that you can only know about such issues if you use some 'outside of the game' sources. Why not to put a message in game appearing if someone is trying perform an action thet will couse a bug? Does that mean I have to check about that game on forums before I decide to do go for any quest or raid? Damn, this quest is really taking much time, and when player is close to completion something like that happens without a warning? Things like this really angers people, diminishing their experience playing the game...

Come home to grind out the last bit of crystal I needed to get and was excited to almost have a weapon I see so many ppl using and how so many recommend using it. Only to get a fat middle finger when inserting the last key after doing the forge. I don't ever think I been more upset with a game. Ever. nor take the time of day to post something about it. If inserting the key and it just returned to your inventory thats one thing, sure annoying, but completely disappearing from your inventory and all the previous steps as well is -blam!-ing terrible. Not everyone is going to see you telling them not to use it because not everyone is glued to social media, If their is problem do a damn ghost update like you do when you disable weapons and armor from the game and simply add in big fat red text on the quest "THIS QUEST IS BUGGED". I don't want the gun handed to me just don't take my progress away. And please take forges off damn rotations pls

5 RespuestasThis is ridiculous at this point, I shouldn't have to check every single social media platform just to make sure that I won't Thanos snap my final long awaited and hard earned Black Armory key to dust! I and many others worked our asses off for this gun only to get to the finish line for the last of the locks to lose everything. Our time yup well that was wasted, RNG? HA what does it matter when you just have to redo it later and hope you get it quicker than the last time. Seriously, if you are going to claim its fixed just to have it be broken again in the end and have a bunch of fans that put time, money and enjoyment into the game only to be bent over repeatedly then why even have us do the first part of the quest? Is it because others had to do the same? Maybe its because the people at Bungie are sadists. I'm not asking for Bungie to give me the gun, I would honestly hate that but I sure as well damn want this box and rare bounty parts to be passed by because its obvious no one has a clue on how to fix this quest. While you guys are screwing over many long time or even brand new players, we are trying to just get a gun and progress through the game. I honestly was just baffled when I used my key and watched it do nothing, oh and if you did end up doing it not knowing it was broken again, well you are out of luck. GG Bungie way to ruin the sense of accomplishment and enjoyment from many players because you expect us to look 24/7 at your twitter to know we are safe for a single quest. At this point in time i am just tired out from the let down of this gun and quest. Congrats Bungie you win, I don't care anymore.

Same thing happened to me 2day. i grinded out to get the last key and inset it and nothing. it just removes it from your quest and dosent open the box

Same problem! Literally 15 mins ago got the black armory key from the max temper bergusia forge inserted it and no progress on the lock and key quest.... 😑 tried everything i could think to get it to pop and it wont, clearly bugged ... hipe6theybget this fixed and we dont have to start over 😑

I wasn't aware this quest was having that many troubles, but now it all makes sense. Imagine my surprise when it ate my Black Armory Key and in desperation, I went to Ada-1, abandoned the quest and restarted it thinking maybe it was a UI issue only to discover that progress isn't tracked on the quest and now I get to start over again. :) Just give us the unlocked box at this point. Lmao
