Got to 5300-ish at some point, since then (week 2), I've lost 1000 glory points in Freelance Survival. I get some close games, many very difficult/impossible, and very, very few easy ones. I usually check the games I've played on Destiny Tracker after every session and more often than not the enemy team has three players at 4500+ whilst my team looks completely random. Glory points, ELO... The way the system distributes the players just doesn't add up. Also, why is individual performance not taken into account in Freelance Survival? I lose points whenever I lose a game, even when I manage numbers close to the guys on the winning team. You should lose less points, or even win some, if you do well enough, even if you lose the game. Same thing with victories, you should win more points the better you perform.
