Destiny has only been live on Steam since October 1st, so you could not have lost Steam characters a month ago. Are you referring to having characters on Battle.net, prior to the move to Steam? Did you properly perform the PC Move data transfer process? If you are looking for assistance, you’ll need to provide info for individuals to properly understand your issue.

So at the beginning of this month I linked my steam account to my bnet account. Every time I would write "I accept the transfer " and accept the transfer It would show me a bunch of errors then half a second later throw me back to the previous menu. So I started the game and my characters where lost I played the first mission just to be sure you don't get the progress back after the first mission. So I waited 7 days still nothing... I did the transfer again recently and now it says that the transfer is already done and when I check the transfer information's it says I'm missing forsaken and my 3 characters.

But basically, he did the pc transfer from bnet to steam, but it didnt go as planed and didnt transfer any characters or forsaken+annual pass
