Construction workers...
For the past two years after the victory of the Red War, while I'm out plunging heavy bolts into the damning eye of Ogres, dragging Vex Hydras' chassis through the earth, humiliating Dusk dogs, gorging Abominations with Solar Grenades, LACERATING AND SCORCHING THE THICK FLESH OF CABAL FOR NOT ONLY ATTEMPTING TO DISGRACE US BUT FOR MASSACRING THE SUNBREAKERS, and the wall still hasn't been repaired.

The scaffolding section out in front of Ikora is going to be a Taco Bell. The circular shaped area is the fly up window where your ghost will have to transmat your order into your ship while you wait, since some of the ships appear to be able to open. Grand Opening is scheduled to be sometime before Banshee become #45.

There’s a lot of wall. It wraps around the whole City. That’s absolutely massive. And no doubt there’s tons of reconstruction going on in the City, which would take priority.
