once you get a item you have already gotten you get a higher chance to get something new
its not depressing its rng and its been this way for a while
plus exotics are used to lvl up your character now

its simply the truth. i guarantee the people complaining about it dont know how the system works, and as such, are complaining for no reason the system is fine as is

I'm talking about with no artifact 950 cap so basically 960 it doesn't drop higher

Bought two engrams from Xur, two weeks in a row. Got duplicates both times. No, I have not gotten all exotic drops yet. The system is, and always has been, broken. Bungie uses a different dictionary than the rest of us.

Everytime I've bought the engram from xur I always get something I dont uave (unless its exotic quest or raid exotic) or if it's not in xurs loot pool like I just got the last warlock exotic I needed. If you're trying to get say hunter and titan exotic armor on a warlock far as I know you wont get it unless you're on that specific class

tell me what you dont have yet, because thats literally not possible with how xur works. the only thing i can think is you are trying to get, for example, hunter armour and buying the engram on a warlock
