Yeah. The enemy sees you a second earlier on their screens. So you have a feeling that you die from one burst. And you miss the enemy (your bullets do less damage), because the enemy is actually standing somewhere else on their screens. Just check some streamers/ top players. All the bullets seem to miss them. With 5% health left they can even engage a new gunfight with someone who has a full life bar and even win those gunfights. Destiny PvP is an unfair joke.
