Eh, you get what you pay for. You can’t really expect them to give there good stuff for free.

Still trying to break your arm jerking yourself off huh?

Still don’t know basic grammar, huh? Don’t forget the funny picture next time.

Editado por Rolandcall: 10/15/2019 11:59:57 PM*You still don’t know basic grammar, huh?* After I have looked at a number of your posts you pretty much make a minor grammatical error in every single one. It’s almost like you aren’t really concerned with basic grammar.

lol wot

If you didn’t pay for all the game content of the previous game expansions why should you be given hours of content for free?
-
I don't think u understand, it's already in the game for free...
-
I don’t think you understand, bungie is trying to incentivize people to buy shadow keep. A person could spend a good year or two playing all the previous content(or like a week or two of they just play non stop) either way there trying to make sales on the content they just made. What you are suggesting doesn’t make business sense for bungie.
-
Lol this is a different argument to what you said before.
-
It isn’t though, people would have to pay for the option to start out slow and spend that much time playing the game. People playing the game costs bungie money. They would be taking up more server time and costing bungie money while giving them none. Bungie would lose money with what you are suggesting. It’s not my fault you didn’t take macro/micro 101. This is isn’t hard to understand. What you are suggesting would be giving a product away for free. They’re risking doing that atm with what they’re doing but their thought process is the players will like the game and buy Shadowkeep.

This comment doesn't really make sense.... They skipped the first 750 light levels saying it only split the community and forced people to grind for hours before they could take part in end-game content with friends. It has nothing to do with getting what you (don't) pay for...besides nothing was removed...it's all still there content wise, you just start the game with everything already done so you don't need to play it anymore, and get no rewards for doing so. Read that again, they skipped content so you don't need to play the game anymore. Brilliant.
-
My comment makes perfect sense, they didn’t pay for the content, so why should bungie give them content they didn’t pay for? Giving them the opportunity to start from scratch would be giving them hours upon hours of content for free. It makes sense free to play isn’t great.

Editado por Graboid Guts: 10/12/2019 7:24:15 AMActually they can still do story mode of the red war just go to amanda also no rewards from story anymore, they now drop in the main world

Editado por Rolandcall: 10/12/2019 7:42:54 AMRight, you can, but by starting you off at 750 they put you at the point we’re you’re more likely to get the new content to advance in the game. If they forced you to start at ground zero it could be upward of two years(provides you don’t do it all at once) before buying the expansion would happen. What bungie is doing is a business move. The risk is that you might just play the older content anyway. But the risk makes sense, and I’m going to guess they’re gamble will pay off.

Editado por Amerikanovich: 10/13/2019 8:22:51 AMI guess that makes sense, sadly...leave everything in but make it so boring that you're more likely to pay for new content just to get some joy out of the game. These guys just have the best ideas don't they... I haven't been around that long, as a PC player I bought the base D2 game last year and played through the campaign and leveled 2 characters up to the soft-cap, and then stopped since my friends who were huge Destiny fans all played on console and didn't want to have to make new accounts just so we could play together, so I gave up. Hearing that the cross save feature was coming got us all excited, friends who were skeptical at first said they would join in and try it out, gonna be a huge party. Then the game is released as a hollow shell of what it used to be, friends who just got started are all not convinced it's worth even investing the time in, and me....excited to pick up at least forsaken to really get into the meat of the game, not sure if I want to anymore. It's just not worth it, their "business tactics" are so shallow that they just completely backfire, it's sad to see such an opportunity wasted because of dumb ideas.

Editado por Graboid Guts: 10/12/2019 12:18:34 PMYes it's a business tactic to get them to buy the newest dlc but since it's now F2P they are taking out bright dust. Also they are kinda messed up to the point this is my last bungie game. They changed armor so we would experiment alot of hunters went with one build the 3 moons and bungie didn't like that so they are nerfing it. They try to make us do 5 nightfalls for 1 piece of gear to raise our power which is ridiculous. I don't do nightfall or pvp or gambit. I do my flash point and strikes and that's it. The reason I don't do pvp cause of cheaters if you get paired up with one you get punished too. It's just to the point I am fed up with them.
