FIFTH TIME WRITING THIS. PLEASE DON'T IGNORE
I'm not gonna give up, I'll write here until bungie notices my post:
Hello Guardians and Bungie!
Please help me to get Bungie to notice my post, as this is the fourth time I'm posting this without having any attention or answer from them. Please, I just want to play:
Platform: Xbox One X
Error: game keeps crashing upon seconds of starting any activity. First, image freezes and seconds later audio is gone too, and I'm not able to do anything but force quit the game to the Xbox home at that point.
Things I did on launch:
Bought the Shadowkeep dlc and then I linked my email to bungie.net in order to obtain the powerful engram reward linked to it.
After that, I joined a clan just before doing any activity in game. First thing I did after that was go to the tower and after few seconds, the game crashed.
Things I have tried:
-Restarting the console and deleting the cache.
-Moving the game and all DLC's from external to internal storage.
-Deleting everything (game and DLC's) and reinstalling again.
-Delete my xbox profile and downloading it again.
-Delete my Destiny 2 saved data and downloading it again from the cloud.
-Downgrade Xbox One resolution to 1080p, and 720p with no luck.
-I have already tested my Xbox One X with other games for several minutes just to make sure it wasn't a console problem. Games I tried were Nier Automata, Witcher 3 and Gears 5, so I know it's not a console issue.
Please Bungie, help me with this, as I have tried everything I could possibly do and I really want to play Shadowkeep!

4. Ping: 38 ms
5. Packet loss: 0
6. Connection: Wired.
7. Open Nat.
I thought it was a console hardware problem or something, but this is the only game that freezes on my XboxOne X, and I think its not that demanding compared to other games that I play like Battlefront 2, Witcher 3, Black ops 4 or Gears 5.
Weird thing, is that it happens with other accounts, not just mine.

1 RespuestaI'm having the same issue on my xbox. All I am trying to do is the gaffannon forge quest mission. I can load the mission just fine but I go to cross over to the forge area and the game freezes.

1 RespuestaSame thing, but it's only when i try to complete the Gofannon forge quest step. But i'm not having problems with activities like the Menagerie.

1 Respuestalog into your router, turn OFF the "Upnp" function on it.

Log out of your account with the xbox set as your home xbox on your main account Then log into a new account and play a few activities... will take a min but if your able to queue activities its not account related Find out if its possibly the xbox... Fully wipe the box restoring to factory settings and redownload the game and try it with your main account... if this works it was still your system and prob this will fix it Also do you get any errors when the game crashes what does it crash to?

Please list the following. 1 - Internet provider 2 - Modem/router brand 3 - Internet speed Down/Up(tested, not advertised) 4 - Ping 5 - Packet loss 6 - Connection type(wired, wi-fi, satelite) Also, as mrbird pointed out, I would advise against spamming the forums. If you feel a post isn't getting the visibility it should, bump it by replying to it.

7 RespuestasIf you spam the forums.. You will get reported and banned from posting. If you made a post, 1 is all you need. If bungie didnt reply, it may be due to the fact that its not something in their scope of fixing. As i have 2 xbox players in my home, neither are having an issue. It sounds like its either an internet issue or hardware issue

It has a special character in the name and that can cause issues sometimes and seeing as you started having issues after joining the clan it may be a cause.
