PC move STILL doesn't work!

I am still having the issues described in another popular post today (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253726559?sort=0&page=0) This means that I cannot successfully transfer my characters, DLC and silver from my battle.net to Steam. I did the transfer ahead of time, weeks ago. Yesterday, at Shadowkeep's launch, I got greeted with create-a-character screen which I completed thinking I'd see my other characters afterwards. However, this was not the case. Conversely, I now only have character on my steam account, and my battle.net characters are in limbo. Trying to use the PC move page on bungie.net doesn't help either. I can link my battle.net and steam accounts, and before transfering the characters they are displayed on screen - with my DLCs and Silver. However, once transfer "completes", it just shows me my steam character and no DLC and no silver. Logging in to the game also doesn't pull out the correct characters. I've tried: -unlinking steam -logging out and in to steam -clearing cache -different web browsers AND mobile -logging out and in to bungie.net Nothing is working. I really want to play Shadowkeep which I, after all, have PAID for. Some help on the issue would be great, as I am sure that others are experiencing problems too! The other thread mentioned earlier was "solved" by a Bungie helper, but in reality it isn't. This isn't just due to "server issues", it has to be something else too.
