The point of the Luna and rally nerfs are to REMOVE auto reloading.
What you're saying is to buff actium war rigs to do exactly what they don't want

Actium doesn’t really auto reload hit just constantly feeds ammo into the mag. They could balance it to where say a full auto shotty only gets maybe 2 extra shots before having to reload. War rig doesn’t allow you to shoot forever it just gives you a few extra rounds before needing to reload.
