All the stuff we get in the main game looks like garbage. Everything that's cool that looks cool anyway comes in ever verse.
There's no way to play the game to get the things that you want to look cool you have to wait for them to come up in the ever verse store.
I know I'm beating a Dead Horse with this but it's really old and tiresome. I used to play this game to build my dude and look cool and I would drop 5 to 10 bucks here and there on silver. But now I feel like I have to drop 5 to 10 bucks in a word to look cool which is completely ridiculous.
I haven't spent anything on every verse since they introduced this new weird system and I barely spend anything before that.
It would be nice just to be able to play the game and get the stuff that I want through playing the game versus having to buy it. The whole thing just seems really greedy to me.
* I posted this using talk to text so its all kinds of messed up..
**To add to this: I might buy Silver if the pricing at the shop wasnt skewed to make me buy more silver. Its obvious thats whats going on there.

1 RespuestaSome people actually like the stuff from regular game.

1 RespuestaIt doesn’t matter what you think. For every person like me or you who hasn’t spent a dime on eververse, there’s that one dipshit that drops 100-200 bucks on it and that’s why it exists. I remember in D1 when they announced eververse, people were defending it. “It’s gonna fund better updates.” Except it didn’t. I hope those asshats are eating crow somewhere.

3 RespuestasFun isn’t something one considers when trolling the forums. But this... does put a smile on my face

2 RespuestasArmor should not be in Eververse at all. Eva Levante should handle shaders and ghost shells. Weapon skins should go to Banshee or be activity drops. Amanda should be handling ships and sparrows. Heck, give the boons, medalions, etc. to Ikora
-
2 RespuestasNo way this idiot played from day one there is some good gear from faction rallies and other things just a -blam!-ing entitled -blam!- being just that.

Editado por TheShadow-cali: 9/27/2019 12:00:51 AMI don't mind Bungie using Eververse or any company wanting to make extra money, but Bungie went way overboard with it vs what they offered for in-game content just playing the game. Edit: This was supposed to be a looter shooter, you know, chase loot throughout the entire game, not cosmetics that majorly outweigh actual loot the chase. Look at how Bungie lost 80% of it's player base when D2 released because it was basically only a cosmetic game.

Editado por O_Town_Racer: 9/26/2019 12:06:35 PMBlack Armory weapons and armor are cool (IMHO), IB armor is cool, and the solstice armor with the glows is pretty nice. You can make most of it look good via proper shader application too. Get creative or look like a space hobo. Don't spend real money on SILVER!

3 RespuestasMy Notorious Sentry armor looks amazing on my Warlock, it didn't come from Eververse. My set that came from Iron Banner looks cool and my set from the Forges does too. There are plenty of things that aren't vanity items you can use.
-
As long as they’re only cosmetic I’m ok. Nothing looks so amazing that I need to shell out money for so far. I might actually buy that hilariously gaudy Armor in shadowkeep, but that’s a very big maybe.

7 Respuestasand I am sick of crapping because all I ever eat on a daily basis is a whole wheel of cheese

Can’t buy Eridium with real money, you can’t buy Cosmetics with real money etc. it’s how games like Destiny SHOULD be but isn’t due to greed. I spent $180 bucks on D2 thus far and all of Eververse Items should be complimentary for that $180 bucks not an additional cost. If Destiny was going Free to Play like Warframe, rather then Free to Enter, then it would be a different story and Eververse wouldn’t bother me.

2 Respuestassince they didnt remove eververse , i removed destiny2 from my ps4
-
Agreed, Eververse is cancer.

3 RespuestasI spent $30 in year 1 and realized it was not good for a loot game to have MTX. Its gross and hopefully someone will come up with an awesome looter shooter game that just has a subscription so the loot can be in the actual game.

7 RespuestasEditado por name: 9/25/2019 12:19:26 PMdestiny died (quality wise) the very day they infested it with eververse, destiny2 was a eververse miscarriage since day1
-
Welcome to the MTX model. Make all the best looking stuff locked behind a paywall.
-
I’ve hated micro transactions ever since they were introduced to my favorite games. With that being said, if Eververse plays a part in keeping this game alive, then I will gladly pay for some good looking items. As long as it isn’t up to RNG in which pieces I get, I will support Eververse.
-
I'm sorry, but I don't see anything in Eververse that I absolutely can't live without....
-
1 RespuestaI just refuse to buy, simple I know but I don’t have an issue tbh If it ever becomes P2W via eververse then I’ll dip
-
14 Respuestasyet there is not a single item you must buy to be able to play. there is not a single thing you need to buy in the game to be able to play. there is nothing that looking cool will get you at all. it's not greedy, it's you want the shiny thing to impress people you don't know and have no discipline over your own spending. all the items are optional, and of no importance other than what you attach to it.
-
4 RespuestasI stopped caring a long time ago. These posts are a waste of time and eververse isn’t gonna go anywhere🤷🏻♂️.
-
3 RespuestasAs gamers I don’t know how we made it all these decades without paid cosmetics (Micro transactions). /S I guess comparatively the airlines tried to put positive spin on giving you less space on a flight and less items on your salad for the same price years ago and people gave in in gobbled up that bullshit propaganda as well..
-
1 RespuestaThat’s subjective.
-
5 RespuestasPlenty of good armor that isn't eververse
-
They create more new stuff for the eververse store than what’s in the seasonal dlc
