It looks to me like you made your Battle.net your main cross save account. So are the low drops you're experiencing while playing your account on PC or are you playing your PC characters on XBox or PSN?

Yes that’s correct. My Bnet is my main and I’m currently playing on PS4. I’ve checked to see if Forsaken is installed and it is. I own forsaken on both PC and PS4.

Are you able to actually do any Forsaken content, such as Gambit or go to the Tangled Shore and Dreaming City while you're playing on the PS4?

Prime engrams are dropping as expected. Just got a 706 drop at 700 overall light. Maybe just a Iron Banner Bounty bug?

Yours will be the first post about it that I've seen, but it very well may be. If you need the powerful rewards then you may want to complete the bounties on PS4, but do NOT turn them in on PS4. Jump back to PC and turn one in there and see what happens (assuming you have Forsaken on your Battle.net account). If it drops powerful then feel free to turn any others in while playing on your PC and of course drop a note in this thread to verify the drop works as expected when you jump back to PC. And if you like living dangerously, you can try to turn in another IB bounty while on your Playstation to see if the low PL drop is consistent. But don't feel obligated to do it if you need the powerful drops for leveling.

Tested PC just now, IB bounties still dropping at 380 even on PC, must be a bug with my account.. Ive wasted 3 now so will keep hold of the remaining 3 just in case theres a fix.

When I get another iron banner bounty finished I’ll turn it in once more, this should confirm if I have an issue still. If it drops low again I’ll just save them up for PC as you suggested (I own forsaken on both platforms). Thanks for the help!

Can confirm, iron banner is still dropping at 380 for me. I just got a ‘Bite of the Fox’ from a Iron Banner bounty. Rip!

Yes, I have just tested dreaming city and I was able to go there. My blues and legendary drops are dropping at 670-680 as expected. But that 1 powerful drop just dropped 380. I’m about to test a prime engram now to see.
