The middle parts of each story were boring. Mechanics that only involve shooting something is boring. Strikes are boring. Adventures are boring. Lost sectors are boring. Raids become boring when you play them once. Boss fights are boring. Gambit is boring. Reckoning is boring. Forges are boring. Patrols are boring. Public events are boring. Exotic quests are boring. Solstice was boring. Crucible is boring. Same sandbox for months gets boring. Destiny fashion is boring cuz almost all armor is ugly af. Shaders are boring. No diverse subclasses are boring. Nerfs to exotics are boring. Lack of balance to buff useless shite is boring. Recycling content is boring. Long loading screens are boring. Watching your ship only fly in loading screens is boring.
Imo, some stuff I thought were pretty fun were Ascendant Challenges. Shattered Throne, Scorch Cannon Crucible, Menagerie, beginning and end of campaigns. EP(Not finding the people) Blind Well

8 RespuestasSo why stick around to even write this post and not move on? There's quite a lot of games to be enjoyed.
-
2 RespuestasYour post is boring.
-
4 RespuestasSounds like you would benefit from playing something else my man..
-
1 RespuestaWhat game doesn't get boring after you play its content over and over? Destiny 2 isn't unique in being boring.
-
5 RespuestasLooks like simply that this game (or these types of games) are just not for you. Seems you have a limited attention span. This isn't the games problem. They cannot accommodate for your over-exaggerated need for more.
-
3 RespuestasTake. A. Break. Nothing remains fun or interesting if you do it all day, everyday. The game isn’t the problem. Your relationship to it is. One night of your favorite meal is a treat. Eating it every night for a year is torture.
-
I definitely agree with your list of pretty fun activities. They need to focus on things like EP, blind well and Menagerie going forward.
-
It’s the hard truth that’s why I‘ll only come back if I feel like it.
-
1 Respuesta*Yawn* I got bored of this post really quick..
-
Go play another game then jeez. People act like they have to play destiny.

I’ve always enjoyed the story and universe and traversing a planet for the first few times. I find the actual game model to be impractical and counterintuitive at times. The feel and handling have always been amazing too, but the game is suffocatingly rigid and Bungie designs themselves into corners all the time. I have to take long breaks. I stopped playing mid season of Opulence and skipped Solstice. Normally when I take a break like this I wait until a content bundle is on sale the following year, but it sounds like they plan on having temporary seasonal activities that will disappear so I’m not sure what the point is now. They’ve just continuously made the game feel like a chore and now it’s somehow pushing more in that direction. It’s such a shame to see such a cool universe and story squandered like this. There has always been fun to be had in Destiny but it’s also the epitome of wasted potential in the gaming world.
-
sounds like burnout to me. Take a break
-
3 RespuestasDestiny needs to focus on way more PVP game modes to compete with the current model of games that are fun... some ,ore arena modes... some battle royal modes...etc
-
Bungie has been boring since Zero Hour glitch got patched. Menagerie chest got patched. They removed everything fun. I’ve got the hours to back up my findings. I’ve kept trying but I’m starting to “not need Bungie”

Destiny content is about AT MOST 2-3 hours of actual story gameplay, and then 3+ months of grinding. Been that way since vanilla D1, and every dlc & expansion has stuck to this pretty strictly
