I’m interested in trying to apply this idea of “street epistemology.” It is a sort of polite, Socratic (asking questions) approach to understanding a person’s belief, which ideally simultaneously gets the person to examine his or her own belief.
I cannot guarantee that I’ll be any good at this. But if you are interested in this little experiment of mine, please comment or send me a private message (if you’d prefer it not be public) with a claim - supernatural, political, etc - that you hold true and that affects the way you behave.

I hope your idea brings deeper understanding and good things for yourself and whomever you discuss with.

Discussion is always good. For me it’s more of a lack of belief and I’m not sure that it affects my behavior all that much.

14 RespuestasInteresting thread idea. I'm not sure any of my beliefs really affect my behaviour though. I guess, consider this a free bump?
