According to wastedondestiny.com, you have three deleted characters. Characters can only be deleted manually by someone with access to your account. If you did not delete them yourself, I suggest you change your login information and enable 2FA. Also, never give your account info to anyone else.
Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted characters or items.

Hacked is a possibility, although not a very likely one. What I see most of the time with threads like this is that the victim was pranked by a friend, had a child delete them accidentally, or that they allowed someone to perform a recovery on their account due to promised pinnacle weapons or other such services. Regardless, as I said, Bungie can't do anything for you in this situation.

Well there is no way on to my account. In Shadow do I have to lv. 3 new to lv.50 though I had those characters since D1

The character transfer from Destiny 1 was a one-time deal, so you won't be able to do that again. But with New Light, everyone will be brought up to 750 power (and level 50, I believe) immediately.

Yeah, everything in your characters' inventories and even vault will be brought up to 750.
