Unfortunately for you Rng is absolutely bull mess in this game. Even on flashpoint weeks. Don't waste your time on the Baron armor. I've been trying since forsaken released to get all the Baron armor for just 1 of my characters and only have the mask. I'm a completionist so I'm stuck to finish the task I started however if I knew then what i know now I would of never bothered with it and spit on the tangled shore. I fear if you pursue it you will be setting yourself up for disappointment but I wish you luck.
