Well, the Clan Hall could work a lot like sectors of locations. Unless you're in a Fireteam, moving to another area on planets means you don't always end up in an instance where other players are. In this case, however, it would only show players from the clan, if other members are there. If nothing else, it would be a place for players to take selfies of what their clan has achieved.
