I think it might be the opposite as bungie has been having discussions with streamers. I think they are trying to get the streamers to sell it to the community. Some think..."Oh a streamer wants it? I guess i want it too."

Bungie is a well staffed well sourced company they know destiny is to easy they would have the data. To think a streamer would have the power to casually change the course of a company with a video is laughable. The streamers arent the ones in control Bungie is, they control the narrative and the streamers follow. Nerfs conversations are no exception.

They may have the idea but I'd bet feedback from streamers is pretty regular and don't discount the influence someone with near 1 million followers can have. I just feel if armor, weapons and/or classes just keep getting nerfed we are allowing bungie to control challenge with that rather than creative encounters/boss fights. I just wonder why streamers aren't calling out the game/encounter design rather than just saying something is OP. It's also confusing that they don't want us to stand in the same place and shoot but that is exactly how they've built every encounter from the Leviathan (stand on plates to DPS) to Gambit Prime (stand in circle to DPS). I'm just wondering if they are going with nerfs because its easier.
