My number one complaint about these kinds of events has been that you constantly intermix PVP and PVE experiences and I am so sick and tired of it.
It is absolutely ridiculous that you are forcing people to do activities to improve engagement rates and it is sickening that you are still doing it even after being freed from Activision. Some of us don't want to play your PVP. Straight up I just don't like to PVP but on top of that your PVP is just not fun especially when you put in stupid requirements.
Please for the love of god on your next special event STOP FORCING PEOPLE TO PLAY CRAP THEY DON'T WANT TO.
Literally all it does is make people stop playing. I am just not finishing the event because of it.
I have made this complaint numerous times on twitter, the forums and your twitch streams in the past and you just keep doing it. I am deeply saddened by the fact that you think forcing people to do crap they don't want to is a great re-invigoration to your activities but it really isn't. You put people into the crucible or gambit who don't want to be there and it ruins the experience for them and everyone else.

Editado por Rush: 8/25/2019 3:52:53 PMThough it can be somewhat irritating to include PvP in gear events (especially exotic quests that impact progress on losses), I am mostly PvE, but it is occasionally nice to pit myself against other players to improve skills. There are times when public fireteams can get stuck in PvP against clans, because too few are doing Crucible and you end up in "no contest" situations, but that's life. So long as the requirements for gear aren't overkill, I don't see Bungie changing their position on this matter. It might be useful, however, if Bungie were to launch polls now and then, to determine the state of the community beyond simple metrics.

You may not like it, alot of us do though. We don't complain like you pve players do, why you hardly hear us speak. Pvp/pve is the way the game is suppose to be played. It's like buying a beef up GT and only going the speed limit or under it. Pointless.

Next time drop the “you” and simply state “pve players”, kid. “We don’t complain as much as YOU pve players” Implies you play pvp exclusively thereby separating yourself from the pve playerbase, kid. If you want to backpedal and restate your position you can. I usually hate being placed in a grind that includes PVP but I honestly think that this time it wasn't too bad. I am absolutely average at PVP and it didn't take me long at all to get the 75 kills with arc weapons for my Titian renewed helm. The thing I don't like is making non-match making event part of the grind. I play at odd hours it's on't have much time to play so it is a pain in the ass to try to even get a 3 man strike team together. I know it is endgame content but it creates a barrier for more solo players.

Well I like PvP much more than PvE and I really like that they do this. I want them to keep it in. I hate how it forces you to specifically earn orbs through strikes. Unpopular opinion but their are people like me. I’d say that most people don’t mind PvP in their quests. Silent majority.

I play all D2 content. It would be best if they had “or” in some requirements. Like for example defeat 25 guardians with solar nades OR 200 fallen. I too would like the gambit part done away with but for players who enjoy it, give them the opportunity to progress in quests with it. Example: defeat 20 invaders or defeat 80 guardians in crucible or clear EoW or get 250k in Nightfall. I’m no dev. Just my opinion

I used to only play PVE content. I played Gambit for a few months to get the pinnacle weapons and enjoyed it till Truth was brought back. I’ve hated PvP for the five years I’ve played Destiny, but after going and achieving all the pinnacle weapons, I surprisingly enjoyed it. I really like the feel of the Precision Hand cannons

This game has lost well over half their player base. The day bungie stops listening to streamers and they actually listen to the players who made them who they are, the company will actually be something good.
