I think it's the near max impact/high range FRs that are OP, esp. compared to other FR archetypes which have a much shorter range, and the shorter charge time doesn't make up for the lack of impact or the range, since anything less than near max impact/high range FRs can reliably kill in one shot, and any less range and a shotgunner with St0mp335 will close the distance and kill you. I think the only time I _don't_ kill in one shot with Erentil is if I am moving while shooting, which I've noticed guarantees that FRs aren't going to land all their bolts, whereas if I stand still just as it fires, it will almost always vaporize people at a good distance.
