How many Dawning events have there been in D2? because I only recall 1 in Dec of 2017 when everyone was lit up about it. Go look at when the article was updated and the changes actually took place. The rewards that were dropping from Tess were hundreds of duplicates as most of this game drops in just about every single activity right now because how the RNG is set up. And no, I was not looking for extra rewards through Tess as you are attempting to pass it off. It's fine you like the event, there is nothing wrong with that. I'm just saying as most agree on, they had plenty of options to create an incentive, not just a grind if you acquired the gear from last year. Edit: In fact, that first Dawning is when the first raid got a prestige mode and when Dmg or Cozmo posted in a weekly update. "Eeververse wasn't intended to be endgame content and rewards" because people were complaining that the prestige mode didn't offer new weapons or gear but Tess was selling plenty of stuff for silver.

I've almost never had a duplicate drop except for when Forsaken launched which is to be expected considering programming practices and whatnot. One was supposed to help build on the success of that year and what changed. If you disliked the rewards pool? Then what would you want added and more specifically, what would you want to do to get those rewards?
