This is probably more like PC issue? Have only seen few AFKers on PS4. In help section there was someone who had been perma banned for AFK in gambit. Just report all AFKers, maybe at least some of them gets banned. Also Forge and crucible AFKers. They get free resources without doing nothing and ruin other players experience, no excuses.
