Basically it was my first time doing heroic menagerie this week and according to bungie... it's a 100% drop. That's a lie. I didn't get it not once but twice, everyone else got one... not me. Did it a few more times just to be sure and nothing. I honestly don't know what happened, a bug? A glitch? If anyone else had this problem please feel free to tell you side, because this is straight up unfair to people who can only do a few heroic menagerie stuff and have limited time on the game. Seriously if anyone has a explanation, feel free to share it as I'm baffled.
