Nah dog, I think it was back in the Halo days. Saw Steve Cotton in one of them and was like "I know that guy!!!" (not personally, of course, but from all of the Forsaken promotions)

The only reason I asked was if it was the Fall 2017 vidoc then D2 at it's base release was them striving to balance with static rolls. But once Y2 came out random rolls throw that balance out the window however much people want them to try and balance it I just don't see that happening with the huge plethora of weapons and armor that exists. Let alone Exotics lol. But that's why I'd asked.
