Along with the mass posts explaining how we are all suffering in crucible due to an issue not on our end, there’s the fact that Iron Banner is about to show up in less than 4 days and we have not heard or seen a patch coming, and update or anything for this broken game type. You (Bungie) gave us a long winded Quest for the armor in Iron Banner, which is locking us out of obtaining ANY of the armor unless we complete each step. Now that people can’t load into matches, stuck spectating, looking at invisible enemies like the whole place is a ghost town, do you really believe that this doesn’t need the attention of the company severely? Less than 2 months from the release of Shadowkeep and most of the community is sitting here screaming for change or we are most likely going to find elsewhere to take our business. Why should we continue to bang our heads against the wall playing a broken game, gone through the forums as we are told, expressing every instance that we encounter these bugs. I even have a sibling who’s account kicks her off every few minutes or so and we just think that enough is enough. The community deserves stability. We bought the game as a fully functioning product. Now we get loading screens in strikes, can’t even see the enemies on the map in crucible, getting removed from activities and being penalized for up to 2 weeks suspension because of things we can’t control. We are literally being punished for playing your product and that’s not ok. Please fix this or I’m almost certain that everything you have been speaking on about “being on your own and needing the support of us to pay your checks” is going to be a lot more difficult when none of us want to actually support those that don’t support us. Saying that you do is different than ACTUALLY doing it. Do you see the amount of hate that EA gets from screwing over their consumers, what do you think is going to happen when the community keeps TRYING to help and we get the middle finger and you keep walking off ignoring the problems.
