Titans are 'The Redhead Stepchild' of Destiny
This is one of the main reasons I don't play anymore.
The constant nerfing and buffing because, one Class isn't a 'fan' of the other.
Destiny's a Great game!!! I Love It!!! But, I paid the same price for the game, as the next Guardian as well...
And, my 'Main' (Titan) has to suffer because of PvP?!
I'm a PvE primarily!!! 🙄
And, I want my Power Back!!!
If I remember correctly, back in the day, when Destiny was being advertised, the Storyline (PvE) was the 'Main Attraction' and, PvP was an afterthought.
Now, I feel like I've been duped.
Because, I feel that Bungie's not as concerned about total balance, but how many Guardians they can force into playing PvP.
The way I look at Destiny is from the PvE perspective first.
I'm here to kill Aliens. (Area 51) And, it's your fault if you get in my way (PvP) because, I can't be held accountable for my 'Power'!
But, guess what?!
Bungie's 'normalizing' a PvP setting, that is set in an Abnormal Future.
Really?!
Bungie sits there, and tells the PvE Community, that they have to accept the changes, because Guardians in PvP aren't happy.
How does that make Sense?! 🤔
If you haven't noticed, there's this Big Assed Sphere called 'The Traveler', Aliens, Spaceships and you continually get resurrected by this thing called a 'Ghost'...
What's 'Normal'? 🙄

I do really well with a Titan in PvP. Without OEM might I add. I don't understand why players struggle with this class.

Titans are pretty rigged in PvP. OHK melee, OEM being busted as all hell, Supers that last for days... But Titans are definitely lacking in PvE. All they have is... Melting Point and that's about it. Every other tool they possess, Hunters and Warlocks outperform. Warlocks do add clear better with their well everything (Their grenades are best for add clear and all their supers are fantastic for add clear). Warlocks support the team better because Well and Rift > dumb shields that allies can't shoot through... Destiny is constantly being hamstrung by its PvP. So much lost value in PvE because of the godawful PvP. With the end result being that PvP is [i]still[/i] considered broken, trashy and won't even be glanced at by the esports scene. So all this watering down of PvE is for naught anyway... Heck, I love me a good PvP shooter. I played TF2 for ungodly amounts of time, I played my fair share of GoW, Battlefield, CoD etc. Played Overwatch at Master level (Until Blizzard decided to make dumb decisions with the game) etc. But man, Destiny PvP is horrible... Just a bunch of people cheesing OHK weapons and broken Exotics and Supers. Honestly, I still think that Bungie's best move would be to separate PvP and PvE into 2 completely different games. It would fix so many problems and allow them to properly balance each gametype. But I doubt that'll happen. Instead, we'll probably see even more watered down PvE in order to appease the much smaller PvP playerbase, while literally everyone complains about how broken the PvP is...

1 RespuestaLike I said to someone else take away the exotics and titans are weak ... which this should not be. titans should be on the same level as the other two class characters then players would have less problems. If anyone is to blame for this it is bungie for listening to all the crybabies that complained that titans are too op or they broken and last but not least the idiots that keep asking for them to be nerf that who’s responsible for the state that titans are in

1 RespuestaI am a hunter main, but i play all three, and i def think Titans need some love in pve. They need a serious buff to thundercrash and burning maul in my opinion. Thundercrash should do way more damage then it does on a direct hit to a boss. They also should buff the aftermath of the thundercrash to like pulse grenade damage. Burning maul, should apply a melting point like debuff when you slam the hammer and get a flame on the boss. These are just things I could think of off of the top of my head.

1 RespuestaA true Titan main does not cry. We clench our fists and carry on undeterred. Our day is coming. We WILL rise again!!!! Maybe. If you get down equip wormgod caress gauntlets, bottom tree striker and go the volundr forge. Pick up s battery and proceed to melee everything. Don’t throw a single battery! That’s not our job. Just run around meleeing everything with that battery!!!! At the end look around. You will feel better I promise.
