Even if bright dust is a premium currency imo it isn’t its for cosmetics not p2w at all
English
-
You clearly read like the first sentence and stopped, bright dust is used in the latest update to earn progress towards a catalyst, which is not cosmetic
-
You can still get the catalyst without it and with the 80% discount it’s not like it’ll cost much bright dust
-
Also you mentioned how it’s changing in shadowkeep. That is irrevelant as we are not in shadowkeep right now
-
Yet you’re asking for a removal of bright dust in tribute hall if bungie were to implement this change it probably wouldn’t come till shadowkeep maybe even after which at that point does it even matter
-
That was just for lack of a better title at the time, it’s more complaining about how bungie made a system where you can pay to get a catalyst faster
-
Again you fail to see the point of the post it is a fact that it is faster to just quickly buy some tributes from calus rather than do last wish 3x or scourge 3x, paying is still faster and even the oppurtunity to pay to get a catalyst faster is still wrong
-
Actually it’s only 1 run of each raid abut I see your point it is definitely blurring the lines a little but bright dust is so easy to get threw General play I wouldn’t say it’s a huge issue
-
Editado por Snelson: 7/14/2019 4:27:22 PM15k bright dust is not “easy to get” also the number of raid runs it takes is irreverent as it will always be faster to just put money into destiny 2. Let’s pretend that your right and 15k bright dust is “easy” to get well it doesn’t matter how easy it is to get as it will always be faster to pay. It is still a premium currency
-
15k if you buy it immediately without any discounts and you’re right that amount would take forever to get much longer then a couple raids
-
Editado por Snelson: 7/14/2019 4:31:14 PMYou mention the discount again which is terrible for your argument, again you can wait 10-20 days for a discount or pay with money. You can basically pay to get passed a time gate
-
Editado por SuperR2D2: 7/14/2019 4:32:54 PMI would agree with that argument if you could buy all the tributes for bright dust but you can only buy 5 of 50
-
Editado por Snelson: 7/14/2019 4:34:05 PMIt doesn’t matter how many you can buy or much of the grind you can skip, it is still a hard FACT that you can use real money to bypass arguably the hardest part of the grind.
-
You say that like it’s as simple as paying 10 bucks to get the 5 tributes and anyone who has the spare resources of the other materials required to buy them all early probably also has a good amount of bright dust
-
Editado por Snelson: 7/14/2019 4:41:41 PMAgain you simply cannot speak for the majority of the player base and there are no facts backing your claims about “most people” also it really is that simple (dismantle items you get from PAID packages to get the currency so yeah it’s really simple to make money=bright dust) a lot of the arguments you are presenting have absolutely 0 facts backing them.
-
Editado por Snelson: 7/14/2019 4:13:14 PMThe point of this post is recognizing that bright dust (a premium currency) can be used to bypass grind so while you can still get it also you mention the 80% discount which is the exact thing I’m talking about (either wait 20 days or pay bungie) so thank you for helping my argument
-
Except bright dust is just 5 of the 45 tributes so chances are if you can get the other 40 non bright dust ones needed for the ornament you can get 5 more and bright dust is earned pretty easily and in shadowkeep it’s changing p bright dust isn’t even obtained from engrams anymore
