I’ve had someone try and convince me that I can use rifts and sanguine alchemy at any given time. That using way of the wraith and hitting a headshot while crouched is harder to do then utilizing sanguine alchemy.

Well he's got a point, especially in countdown.

How so? I need a rift a charged ability that has the longest cooldown of any grenade, melee or class ability. As im confined in a specific area. It’s so easy to shutdown a rift too. As a posed to way of the wraith and true sight you can easily activate true sight see everyone on the entire map as easy as landing a headshot while crouched. Which lasts 7.5 seconds as you can roam around the entire map and refresh and or re activate as easy as getting another headshot. Pair it with knuckle head radar and you have the exact same exotic. Yet none require a cooldown of any sorts. Unlike sanguine alchemy which requires a rift and a terrible exotic. As well as enemies need to be nearby to even grant wall hacks. Plus oem is still better then sanguine too. The only place sanguine was viable was in season 3 when there was no longer radar and it also had an orb glitch.

You are underestimating the power of knowledge, not only can you see the enemy you also give allies wallhacks. You're basically the teams information officer xD. Personally I roll with empowering rift pve & pvp with a couple paragon mods. People least expect it and are caught off guard. In countdown it's a huge advantage, survival a small edge, no so in the rest tho.
