I remember those guns from D1 that regenerated ammo.
I feel we need an exotic-power-weapon that can do that.
-
2 RespuestasSweet Business. Should be a Primary Machine gun that has infinite ammo, but will stop firing if it overheats and needs to cooldown.
-
1 RespuestaBring back pocket Infinity as a heavy fusion rifle that generates ammo overtime. That would be wonderful.

Icebreaker?

Editado por BetweenMyself: 7/6/2019 5:28:16 PMI can imagine only one weapon type this could be utilized that wouldn’t be a problem in pve content, given the rationale behind the Whisper nerf. Attach the ammo regen perk to an exotic sword. Start every activity with one ammo, and ammo regen only works when you have one or more ammo. Picking up a purple brick grants one ammo, so you can restart ammo regen if you drop to zero. To help keep this balanced, you might have to reduce the max ammo a bit compared to other swords, somewhere around 25. To balance such a weapon for Crucible however, you’d need to turn off ammo regen altogether, start each life with zero ammo, and allow purple bricks to grant ammo in amounts similar to other swords... At which point you’d be better off using Black Talon or Worldline Zero. This is something the devs would balk at given their expressed desire to keep weapon functionality consistent across game types. so i guess i’m saying it’s better to not pin your hopes on this happening any time soon / (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

Exotic energy weapon maybe. Those OHKs are more niche and ammo is somewhat plentiful enough that it could work, like ice breaker and invective.
-
Hi, yeah, I'm here to voice my dissent along with the countless others that already have. In a game without PvP, sure, but when heavy ammo economy is already a problem in PvP, there's no need for this.
-
Can I downvote this twice somehow to let it be known how much I dislike this idea? I am sorry, but please no. Unless it was like, a grenade launcher that regenerated ONE SINGLE SHOT every TEN MINUTES, and it was disabled in pvp… Then no.
-
2 RespuestasIce Breaker. Breaker of all ice.
-
An exotic heavy that generates ammo.. *Inhales deeply* Are you mad?!
-
1 RespuestaI have no words to explain just what kind of disaster you're asking for. So no.
-
After the nerf to whisper? They ain't gonna give any power weapon something like that
-
So, like whisper then?
-
Exotic power weapon that gives allies power ammo by shooting it at them lumina style. Picking up ammo charges the gun. White bricks = 1 point. Green = 5 points. Purple brick= 50 points. You need 50 points to shoot out a power ammo orb.
-
How about a gun that shoots power ammo boxes at the enemy? It's a OHK but they pick it up. Please no.
-
Bungie: oh you want icebreaker on steroids? Here’s a new random armor perk called “squidward’s favorite” it converts all picked up heavy into primary. We’ve also added ammo synthesis back into the game. It costs 5 masterwork cores each and requires you to kill 1000 guardians with precision kills in crucible using mountain top. You might be thinking I made a mistake when I said masterwork core, nope!

Editado por OkieDokie_Yoshi: 7/6/2019 2:42:02 AMRevoker: Am I a joke to you?
😂 nvm that’s mulligan. They’re not gonna make this happen, it’ll make too many people unhappy and ruin PvP even more. Especially if the exotic is kinetic or secondary. Otherwise, there’d be no point getting heavy ammo.
-
Yeah you’re living in a fantasy. We had one a few months ago and bungie already dropped the nerf hammer... sry too late bud.
-
1 RespuestaBring back Gjallarhorn with regenerating ammo
-
7 RespuestasThat would be incredibly op...
-
So Icebreaker?
-
They just nerfed a weapon that gave you ammo after 3 crits, ya think there gonna give us a weapon that makes its own ? Not saying it's a bad idea just saying it isn't happening .
-
How about an ammo that regenerates power weapons over time? Now that’d be sick.
-
3 RespuestasThey re-introduced a gun that actually required a little effort to get 3 rounds regenerated back into the magazine. They then re-introduced the nerfs they enacted in Destiny 1 to that very same gun. It was claimed the gun" trivialized" content. Sorry to ruin your fun, but a gun like that will never exist. I find it hard that they will make the same mistake a 3rd time.
-
3 RespuestasHere's what would happen: People who got it: MWAHAHAHAHA People who didn't get it: NERF THIS NOW
-
Yeah, this would possibly be the most op thing in the game. Essentially infinite power ammo, do you have any idea how annoying that would be in the crucible?
-
Too much heavy already without free rockets
