Any chance hand cannons mainly the 150 archetypes can get looked at on consoles as there is a lot more kick and recoil to them on consoles over PC which is pretty unfair in my opinion it makes getting follow up shots pretty difficult and even in skilled hands it can be pretty tricky.

2 RespuestasEditado por Jebus Kreist: 7/4/2019 4:12:22 AM150rpm HCs, other than Lunas/Forgotten, for some conspicuous reason are barely even usable on console. Even 140rpm HCs seem to feel just "better" regardless of what the statcard shows. I have a 150rpm "Waking Vigil" with stability perks, Zen Moment, and a stability masterwork. I also used the 150rpm Rose for a fair bit too with virtually the same results. Then I have a zero-stability 110rpm Crimil's Dagger that's decked with Outlaw/Killclip and a reload masterwork. Lastly I have the COS raid scout with Outlaw/Multikill Clip. Basically just junk stats, the exact same RPM, and decent perks with a VERY good low zoom red-dot scope. Know which one has more recoil and "Bloom"? (aka forcing your aim off with a Janky unnatural motion)
The 150rpm handcannon decked for stability.

Meanwhile the Scout rifle does the exact same damage with a fraction the recoil and no Bloom.
Meanwhile everything on PC is a laserbeam with no recoil to the point that the only things people seem to care about are Range and "Rangefinder" so they can Beam people from farther. Know why this is? Because 150rpm handcannons are in the butter-zone of Handcannon Time-to-kill in the crucible. Being perfectly set for 3-shot headshot kills which is part of the reason why Lunas/Forgotten are hated, and the balancing for other 150rpm HCs is all over the place regardless of the stat-card. TL;DR - People complained about Luna's Crutch and Skill Forgotten. Bungie... being Bungie... nerfed the entire 150rpm archetype of handcannon in response and has made sure any 150rpm handcannons since aren't competitive.

You clearly didn't use Hand Cannons in D1. It's NOT an issue.

5 RespuestasU know there was this this time when guns in fps didnt have stability perks and u literally just had to learn the recoli patter and adjust. Once u got used to it enough it wasnt a problem. Now everyones crys about the bullshit

Bloom is the main problem imo
-
This is why NF is still the king of HC for Controller Users All of the benefits of a HC and none of the drawbacks.

7 RespuestasThat's mainly why no one uses Thorn and Lumina will most likely fall under the bus of all the other better weapons. The recoil deviation for 150s is horrendous on console.
-
7 RespuestasAustringer is proof enough to me that recoil is the bigger issue than bloom, with Arrowhead brake, steady rounds, and a stability mw it performs remarkably close to what we see on vids of pc players. I haven't had a bloom issue with it yet(while using it at a reasonable range), they just need to retune stability and recoil animations for console more than anything else imo.

3 RespuestasIt's not console and pc it's MnK and controller btw. Controller on pc is the same as controller on console.

2 RespuestasLumina feels like complete shit on console.

3 RespuestasEditado por blade329: 7/3/2019 5:54:10 PMMost hand cannons are terrible on the console, from my experience. There are only 3 that are even usable to me. Trust, Austringer and Service Revolver are the only models that I have any success with. It's amazing to me that Destiny focuses on hand cannons so much, but they work so poorly on the console. I don't get it. This sure wasn't the case in Destiny 1. Hand cannons felt great on the console. What the hell happened?

1 RespuestaWhy is it unfair? You aren't playing against PC players. Learn to control the weapon or move on.
-
11 RespuestasConsole players should get a recoil rework to match pc, or pc should get a rework to match console.
-
2 Respuestaswhats worse is 150's work beautifully on console in PvE... but as soon as you go into crucible they turn into dog turds...
-
I can't kill anyone unless it's a precision frame hand cannon. It's -blam!-ing annoying.

1 RespuestaEditado por R-E-D-C-E-L-L: 7/4/2019 9:38:43 PMCheck all the gear drops you get for a piece with Enhanced Hand Cannon targeting. Equip at least 2 pieces of gear with hct and use mods to mitigate handling and recoil. Makes a difference. I spec into movement speed for my gaurdian, hand Cannon Targeting, reload and a little radar. Actually build into the weapon you want to use, that's the purpose of all these drops.

This is the one of the reasons why I'm switching to PC. I'm trying to build my first PC ever. So it's going to take some time finding the right parts. I know nothing about which parts to get.

Editado por Madness Tus: 7/4/2019 8:29:42 PMRecoil is a small problem the main problem is "bloom"

They said they would look into TLW not feeling as good as it did in D1 but I guess that was just to shut everyone up because they haven’t said or done shit about it since. The high recoil and bloom is just a bad decision they decided to double down on but whoever is responsible I hope they get replaced. D1 feels so much better than D2. It almost feels like D2,came out before D1.

Don't use hand cannons ?

1 Respuesta180s are just so much easier to use on console

3 RespuestasLumina is crispy in pve and then feels like a floppy wet noodle in my hand in crucible. It’s really getting old playing pvp on console. Looks freaking amazing on pc and absolute trash on console. What is going on?
-
All hand cannons need some revork on console. I just hope that some day they will fill the same as at the beginning of destiny 1.

I find that 140's are worse than 150's.

Editado por l09047: 7/4/2019 7:20:49 PMyou must be new, welcome. they know they did it on purpose so they aren't going to fix it because this is what they wanted
