Titan Bubbles are clutch at the boss Heroic Menagerie
Not sure if people already knew this but I found out last night that at the boss when his walls start to come towards you, you or someone on your team can just pop a bubble and the wall goes right through it and you are left unscathed. Everyone can be in it until the wall runs its path, and you can right away continue to DPS the boss, as opposed to running to another side where the walls aren't closing in on you and you're not shooting the boss because you are scrambling to stay alive. Again, not sure if anyone ever posted about this but thought it was a helpful tip and was very helpful last night for a few runs.
Edit: I also had on Helm of Saint-14, but I don't think that had anything to do with it.

What you do is have everyone stand in the back-center of the room. Kill the Harpies, drop the shield, then put a Rally Barricade on the front edge of the platform. When the Wall of Deletion starts getting close, back up a little bit and use Ward of Dawn. Your teammates can step back into the Bubble, let the Wall pass through, then step right back out behind the Rally Barricade.

The wall does take the oversheild off as it passes through. I think it's the amount of damage resistance armour of light gives you inside the bubble that allows you to survive.

15 RespuestasWhile this is a good strat I imagine it wouldn't last very long right? Maybe 1 damage phase? If you can 1 phase great but if not you'll still end up having to dodge side to side while your on cooldown

3 RespuestasNot to "burst your bubble" but you can shoot while jumping and strafing. Never have to lose damage while you stay inside bubble to avoid the wall.

1 RespuestaMe and my friends found that out in the first week. I dared him to put up a bubble when the walls came expecting him to die. He didn't much to our surprise. At the time I didn't know if I should be angry he lived or that ward of dawn finally has it's niche. Ward of dawn does it. The helm doesn't do anything extra for it.

You sit in the bubble and cant shoot out of it so you are just posted up while more and more adds spawn. What happens when the bubble goes away and you instantly get gunned by 3 hydras 4 hobgoblins and 30 goblins? Theoretically sounds like it wont work but I havent tried it so idk

Yup, noticed this last night, someone on my team popped a bubble next to the boss and kept booping him with Tractor Cannon, almost 1 phased that mofo.

8 RespuestasI don´t get why there´s no matchmaking for Heroic Menagerie. Since there are no special mechanics there is no need to talk to the fireteam. The enemies are harder but that´s about it. At the other hand we need to appreciate what Bungie has done. I think we´re on a good way right now.
