Most new players jumping into new light for free will simply get to the point the game asks for cores for enhancing their favourite weapon, at which point they will simply shrug, have no idea what those are let alone how to get them, and give up.

They'd have to be pretty brain dead to not be able to figure it out. Gunsmith bounties make getting a steady stream of cores an easy endeavor. Destiny is so mind numbingly simple is kinda sad

Yes. Im getting some people to come back to destiny in sept. Cores will be an issue. On the days they get on, i may be able to get 3 a day out of them. 1 spider and maybe 2 gunsmith bounties.

Editado por Vexx: 6/23/2019 4:29:55 PMOr, hear me out. They simply will not need them at all until they decide if they want to purchase an expansion or not. New players will complete a remaster of the first mission from D1 and then be ported to the tower and already be at 750 power level. Considering they have excess to only the base game, CoO and Warmind to start with, all of this content is currently capped at 340 power. New players will not need a single core. They will also be receiving them while just playing the game and dismantling things. If they then decide they want to purchase any dlc and go to a higher power level, they should already have cores simply from just playing.
