Everybody: Remove Enhancement cores, infusion feels really bad right now
Bungie: We’ve taken your feedback and decided to increase the cost of infusion.
EDIT: I meant the glimmer cost, not the cores. It’s not an issue but it’s a scummy thing to do after all the backlash against cores.
EDIT 2: Once more this post is NOT about the cores. It’s about the fact that bungie raised the price of infusion by 3k glimmer. I am NOT saying that it’s a massive problem in of itself or anything BUT I want to highlight how after pretending to care about the massive backlash against cores bungie does the exact opposite of what was asked.
I feel that it’s a very shady move to once more shove up grind times especially after not addressing the already present issues.
EDIT 3: Apparently it’s still not clear to some of you. This isn’t about the change itself, it’s not something hard to get around, it’s the fact that bungie met all this backlash with doing the opposite of what it was all about without addressing the community at all.

15 RespuestasCan you people stop saying "everybody"? Tons of people are happy with how it is right now.
-
It should cost 90k glimmer to infuse a single item. With a hard cap of 100k. Infusion will never be a problem going forward.
-
37 RespuestasAll these people complaining about cores being part of infusion yet not a single soul says anything about how much planetary materials it costs
-
2 RespuestasThey should increase glimmer cap to 250k

22 RespuestasEditado por TJ_Dot: 6/24/2019 1:55:20 PMI wish all of the trolls got banned tbh. Empty insults are worthless. Still can't actually prove any good for them or bad for taking them out. It all boils down to "shut up and accept it, "just play the game" (even though that implies the bare minimum, which does not provide cores)" Terrible argument. It doesn't work to convince anyone already against the system at all. They're fine with an invasive currency with wasted potential because it gives them something to feel superior about.

1 Respuestainfusion sucks in this game. left last year before cores bc of it. now its worse. it costs too much for something ive already earned.
-
Have an upvote. Hopefully one day they do the correct thing with enhancement cores. The best time for leveling in Destiny were the times I didn't have to think about it.
-
1 RespuestaI agree... but if infusion is made easier and you can upgrade items that make “your” gameplay more efficient then you’re not playing as much, which means Bungie is not milking you for all your worth. In reality, at least for me, I would play more if infusion was not such a yard sale.

masterworked cores be damned ! DAMNED!!!
-
What are cores? Seriously though, after coming back from around Curse of Osiris, I was super disappointed to find out all my badass looking gear from Season 1 Iron Banner was obsolete and unobtainable through rerolling in Collections. Sad Panda.

Editado por StealthJediPro: 6/24/2019 3:26:57 AMHere I fixed it for you. Everybody: Remove Enhancement cores, infusion feels really bad right now Bungie: We’ve taken your feedback please use your exotics from your collections or exotics that drop randomly you do not need. You only lose 2.67% or your max power per gear infused this way. Bungie:You do know you can sell shards to spider for glimmer right? Also infusion from exotics only costs 1K. I feel that it’s a very shady move to once more shove up grind times especially after not addressing the already present issues. Bungie: We will not officially say anything but whining and not learning the game will only upset you. Thank you for playing.

1 RespuestaI agree, why 3 for infusion. Make it one. I’m running out.

1 RespuestaThe first three weeks of the Season were horrible lol..always at the edge of being completely broken because of all the infusions. I play with all three characters and try to bring them all to LL 750. Even when I play over the entire day on a weekend, when I log out in the evening, I have a low 3-4 digit amount of Glimmer at best. In other Games, playing a lot means most of the time, getting richer and richer and not having to watch out for each and every investment. But D2? I surely have played a four digit number of hours so far but I am always broke...how can this be? Ah yes, because of the silly, ultra low cap. Please stop capping Glimmer @ 100k. In times where you spend only little money, you find it annoying to read all the time "glimmer full" but once you need it, you are broke again quicker than you can say "Robbery". -> Balance lost imo.

7 RespuestasThis again. Ffs bungie didn't increase the glimmer cost for infusion, the larger the light level difference in pieces of gear the more glimmer it costs for infusion. These posts have been made literally every season since Forsaken for gods sake learn how the games infusion costs work before throwing a tantrum.
-
7 RespuestasOh no! Not more Glimmer cost! If only there was a way to get tons and tons of Glimmer for incredibly cheap! It's not like Glimmer is the single most common material in the entire game! Whatever will we do!
-
People are mocking you, but in the interest of intellectual honesty, being mad about the glimmer cost of infusion is just as valid as the EC cost, maybe even more so.
-
Enhancement cores are fine
-
1 RespuestaAm I missing something? I just checked and it's the same. 8000-9000 glimmer + 2 cores + 25 materials. Reddit is silent too. Could you please provide more details? Like, what platform, when it started, what are these pieces of gear you infuse...

Editado por DHawk12: 6/24/2019 7:34:23 AMA 200k glimmer cap, the ability to trade shards for glimmer (everyday), the ability to trade both shards/glimmer for EVERY planetary material (everyday) and enhancement cores offered for a static 15 shards/25k glimmer AT THE GUNSMITH (demote spider to offering bounties only). This will make things WAY more convenient. Edit: Also, total masterwork cost should be 10k glimmer/20 shards/10 cores for weapons and 5k glimmer/10 shards/5 cores for armor. Infusion should cost 15 planetary material/5k glimmer/1 core (2 cores for exotics).

Did they announce this on a stream? I don’t see this change announced in the twab or am I missing something?
-
If there is not a certain level of stress on the material economy, the game loses its luster. This is only a personal preference from a guy who plays every single day and doesn’t run out of materials all that often, but I think it holds true. I think too many players come to destiny from games that give them everything from the start while others come more prepared from more mmo style games. Bungie has made it clear that they want to lean towards the mmo spectrum, and this is one of the aspects of an mmo like it or not.

8 RespuestasI’ve also noticed that Spider rarely exchanges glimmer for Legendary Shards anymore... You thinking what I’m thinking?

Editado por LittleJim: 6/24/2019 12:59:45 PMHave you noticed the sudden scarcity and amount of shards dropped?...just saying.

Huh. Its weird to see people complain about glimmer, it was only a few weeks ago that it was basically useless
