but what’s more impressive
is that...
whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.
2 RespuestasWe here in Europe don't really need charity, because we still have a good social safety net. The US neoliberal ideology damaged it somewhat and self-inflicted austerity hurt us too. It's better when the rich pay their taxes. Trickle down economics don't work.

11 RespuestasCame here hoping for a positive thread and still see trash human beings being negative about a great achievement. At least those who donated proved that the Destiny community is still incredible.

Before you pat them on the back, find out how funds get dispersed

11 RespuestasHow much did bungie contribute (other than their time)?
-
1 RespuestaBoy that's great! I love when stuff like this happens, makes playing bungies game feel all the better, and the community is awesome for contributing so much for those kids, But don't let that distract you from the fact that Taniks has no House. He kneels before no Banner. Owes allegiance to no Kell. He is a murderer, and very good at what he does. I have been tracking him since Wolves broke their chains, yes? Now Taniks works for Wolf pack. But not for long...
-
Yes, it's a great thing. Those kids deserve a chance at life just like everyone else and I'm happy people are generous enough to keep that hospital running. It takes A LOT of money but those kids are so worth it.
-
13 RespuestasFrom what I read bungie gave away emblems, signature copies and players opportunity to tour the base, basically things that cost them nothing despite being a multi million dollar company. Great that they organised it, but would’ve been good if they matched $1 for $1 all donations. It’s like when celebs man the phone for telephons but don’t actually donate anything despite being richer than the people who actually donate.

4 RespuestasEditado por SorrowW0lf: 6/21/2019 8:54:40 PMFigured maybe some of you would like the link. To all you talking chit about Bungie for helping raise money for a hospital that provides completely free treatment for kids born with cancer, F*ck off. https://ww1.guardiancon.co/

-
I donate every year to several organizations
-
No, the community raised it.
-
But they are nerfing yet more supers. And LoW after already Nerfing it. I DNT see how it's so powerful.
-
9 RespuestasLol, great spoiler. But it wasn't Bungie, it was this community that help raise that money, and 400,000 won't be much compared to the overall taken in to help St. Judes. Way to go everyone!!! FOR THE KIDS
-
8 RespuestasYeah. Bungie should’ve matched or doubled what was raised. The optics aren’t really that good. It looks like you asked people you’ve made money off of to give to a worthy cause without giving from what you’ve made at a PR event where you’re drumming up more hype to make even more money. You should at least have matched.
-
I think you mean the players raised 400k.
-
12 Respuestasbungie first need to fix the p2p connection thats ruining the whole game then the 400k for kids
-
Why not thank the community who contributed and organised? Your post makes it sound like it's Bungie $
-
Do we know when we get the code for the emblems?
-
Someone once told me that charity was little more than poor people from rich countries giving to rich people in poor countries...
-
13 RespuestasHow much of this money is going to the kids and not the people in charge of the charity

13 RespuestasThey only do it for tax write off just like every other company
