My only issue with Menagerie is that its a big pile of participation rewards.
You still get gear even if you fail all the encounters. Dont mind if I AFK in this corner. Im just here for loot.

That’s bound to happen since you aren’t always going to be paired with a good team. If you’re carrying a team, wouldn’t you want to be rewarded even though you all fail every encounter? I think the reward system is great but I’m sure the rewards do not compare to the ones you get with a fire team that you assembled to do the heroic one.
