Same here. Bungie's stubborn refusal to not address that issue (and, in fact make it worse with the removal of scrapper bounties in favor of the Gunsmith bounties, limiting the amount of open world Cores you can earn per week) basically translates to me that this game isn't worth my time (since the devs clearly don't respect my time) or my money.
Their treatment of nerfs is a problem for me ("we're doing it, and we're not willing to listen to you until after we implement them"), their turning a game that we already dropped around $175 for into a free to play game in order to try and drive up playerbase numbers is a problem for me, their willingness to only go into Bungie echo chambers (Reddit, invite only "community summits") to take any feedback from the community is a problem for me, but it's their stance on Cores that leads the pack. How does a live services game company take 8 months+ of overwhelmingly negative feedback and go, "Meh, eff you guys"?

They did address it. They said they have no intention of changing it.
