Shotguns are strong, but everyone has them. Not everyone has a one-shot-kill mêle on 3 different subclasses. Just as a thought experiment let's pretend that guns did not exist in the game and all PVP was based on just subclass abilities, the Titans would be more than God tier at that point. This Thread wasn't to talk about what weapons did he be nerfed or how good or bad shotguns are, it's about how Titan melee can one shot any guardian and no other classes can do that

Each class has things the others don't, and whilst it's a one hit melee, I was saying you still have to be able to close the gap without dying - and you end up dying more than winning. Warlocks can heal with rift or the other thing in the air. Warlocks can blink. Warlocks can evade in-air. Hunters can dodge (shadestep). Hunters can go invisible. Hunters can disorient/disable radar. Hunters have faster mobility etc. (None require an exotic). Whilst they are not attacking abilities, they still serve a (good) purpose in a build/playstyle. I think it's good having perks on each as it allows players to choose a playstyle that suits. Giving all classes the same thing doesn't make sense (to me anyway).
