Xbox either has a random edition of forsaken or they misled you to get you out of their queue. Forsaken does include curse of Osiris and warmind by default. You do need to fully complete any and all red war milestones in order to access them.
From director screen, hold left trigger or 'E' to access your milestones and make sure everything with red war is complete.

Because those 2 are now in Forsaken.....i.e. not separate downloadable files

What milestones are showing in your milestone tab? and if you click on the forsaken image it takes you to a page that states [quote]Destiny 2: [b]Forsaken now includes Expansion I and Expansion II[/b].
