Judging from my past 7,000 losses in Gambit Prime, it appears that exactly 3 out of every 8 players are quite confused with the complicated mechanics required to be even remotely competitive at this mode. I hope the following FAQ can be of assistance:
What do I do with the large groups of enemies that spawn under the extremely obvious waypoint?
Shoot them.
What do I do to the Taken enemies that spawn near my bank draining the inconsequential amount of motes that I've banked from my inability to understand the preceding question?
Shoot them.
How about the Invaders that are completely engulfed in an unmistakable glowing hue, tied to a limited amount of spawn points and easily noticeable on my radar?
Shoot them.
So you think you have all the answers? How should I handle the Envoys that spawn under beaming waypoints in a predetermined pattern?
Shoot them.
Then those Primev...
Shoot them. Just -blam!-ing shoot them.

Then those Primev...
1. someone one your team needs an unlimited super (I don’t mean support super). there is not much to discuss about that so move on... 2. I would recommend 2 from your team are collecting motes and kill trash. the other 2 (if there is a 10+motes blocker or more than 2 blockers. if not 1 teammate would be enough) should clear the middle and then head back to the other. most importantly don’t waste time doing something else while the first blockers shows up! as soon as you hear a blocker is on your bank head to the bank! 3. It’s impossible to see the invader on the radar if you’re clearing trash (your radar will be glowing red on every side. your team should spread all over the map. that way the invader can be located easily and it’s more difficult for him/her to wipe out the whole team. The invader will be ready to use heavyweapon, supers or use a weapon to shoot from the other side of the map (scout-, sniper-, fusion-, pulserifle) and you need to be ready to use these things as well! 4. you have literally no chance, if you have no one on your team with 1Kv and the enemy team has atleast 2 of them, that’s why you need to speed it up (supers) when you kill those witches, but don’t kill the last witch when someone invades (unless the boss has so less health that you think with a super you might take him down). If you want to invade on the other side during boss fight then do it only when the enemy team is on the boss phase (you‘ll know by looking at the yellow bar health losing health). that way the enemy team will gather all at one place and that will make your invasion a lot easier! something which is also VERY important is to kill the 5motes blockers during boss fight as soon as possible. you really don’t want to see how your team uses a super on a immun Boss!
