If it's not one of the original member, then either Doctor Strange or Spider man. If it is the original members, then Hawkeye. The guy is definitely underrated and deserves more screen time (glad they gave him more in Endgame). I mean he's an ordinary guy (I mean the same can be said for Black Widow, but she was raised to be an assassin), and I'm glad that they acknowledged this in Avengers 2, where he was having doubts about being apart of the Avengers.

Doctor Strange, if he counts, because he's one of the most powerful heros in the MCU but is still just a human and wasn't given power through the stones or anything nor does he use external technology. His power is his own and he proves that even regular humans can still be as formidable as the more 'superior" beings in the MCU.
