*I run away, hoping to gain the distance to safely let it explode*

Detonating in 10 seconds." *rips off arm, screaming in pain, throws it like a grenade at the elemental*

*It hits the elemental and detonates, creating a giant gout of fire. You can hear screaming from inside the base*
