I bet your vault has a lot of “god rolled” weapons you’ll never touch, but insist on keeping.

Bungee constantly nerfs/destroys weapons and then buffs/makes relevant again. You never know what the next overpowered combo will be which is why you have to save stuff. The vault space will not be increased however because they are done with D2 and have given up

Yes, but you only need one reliad perk/damage perk/stability or range perk gun of each archetype. If you have a 140 rpm hand cannon drop with better performance than your current one you shard the previous one. There is absolutely no reason to carry several similar rolls of the same archetype just because it has a different skin. I have a Kindled Orchid with outlaw and explosive payload that's great in pve. If I get one to drop with outlaw/kill clip or rampage I'll keep both in case explosive rounds becomes more powerful than kill clip again, but if it were feeding frenzy/explosive rounds I'd shard the outlaw one. It's a thinking looter. I like to think about what's wirth keeping for my preferences.

What's "reliad"?
-
O is next to i on the keyboard/keypad, so reliad is reload

You couldn’t be more wrong if you tried! 😂 Any god rolls get used when I fancy using it. Bored of using my god roll duke? I’ll use my god roll ether doctor! Bored of using my god roll ether doctor? I’ll use my god roll blast furnace! Bored of that? The list goes on... Every single item within my vault has a purpose, yep, 499 items with a thought out purpose! Whether the purpose is currently being fulfilled or yet to be fulfilled is neither here or there, it’s in there for a reason with hindsight in mind. That’s because I’ve put a lot of thought into this game. You don’t have to appreciate that, we’re all different, I don’t appreciate stupid comments generally speaking (not directed at you), but it’s also none of my business... so you can see where I’m going with this.

Is there something wrong with that? This is a game all about loot, so is it wrong for some people to want to play the game in order to just simply collect said loot?
-
What exactly do you hoard? What’s the point? There’s only 10 or so guns that’s even viable in the game, and all the armor sets looks like a dumpster fire. No point in keeping year one crap since it’s all in the collections. What exactly is taking up 500 slots of vault space?
-
First off some year 1 stuff people keep because it has been masterworked. Things like the raid armour is actually still useful, and they don't come out of the collections masterworked, so it actually saves you cores. Second some people just like collecting different guns, and at times different rolls on different guns. Or they like collecting all of the curated rolls. To which I ask, is there something wrong with wanting to collect them? You might find them useless, and you might not like how some of the stuff looks, but then again who are you to tell people how they should enjoy playing a game? What difference does it make to you? How does them wanting more vault space to collect things negatively effect your enjoyment of the game?
-
Lmao when’s the last time you busted out the leviathan raid armor xD year 1? Ridiculous. But I guess if that’s how people play then they might as well add 6000 slots for the people that doesn’t know how to dismantle items so they can still come on here and say “I NeEd MoAr vAuLt SpAcE” Have fun when D3 drops, you’ll have a nice, clean, empty vault again.
-
Actually pulled it out recently because some people wanted to learn the old raids. Turns out a 25% buff to your abilities is nothing to sneeze at, same with a higher drop rate of heavy in a raid that had the drop rate nerfed but never got rally banners. But it seems trying to actually talk about this is rather pointless because people like you will just continue to look down their noses at those that wish to enjoy the game in their own way, and you will continue to think that people should play your way. I'm sorry that people asking for a change that doesn't negatively effect your enjoyment of the game in any way, is such an unacceptable concept for you.

Editado por lINVICTUSIl: 5/7/2019 8:08:05 AMI thank you for shutting him up with his know it all BS 🙏🏻 well said
-
Your welcome. Thinking logically for just a second would have very quickly shown him how his being against such a request makes absolutely zero sense. But I guess doing that doesn't come easily to some people. I do find it funny when people immediately dismissing keeping old things as well, kind of makes me feel like they have never gone to teach people old raids before. It was the same in destiny 1, you kept an old set around for when people wished to learn the old stuff, it was very helpful to have.

Editado por lINVICTUSIl: 5/7/2019 8:24:08 AMA lot of players, or just people in general, have a very narrowed imagination and logical thought processing patterns, which gives them the idea that everyone but themselves are complete idiots, completely oblivious to their own state of mind.

For most issues I usually find it helpful to think of things from multiple points of view. Usually makes for a much better decision, and one that is far more solid to defend. When it comes to vault space I figure, why not, it does no harm to me, and for those that love the collecting aspect of the game, it is a big help. Heck I know at least two people that even collect one of each type of engram from every event and season. I might not care to do that, but they like it, and I don't see why they should be harassed or limited for doing what they enjoy.
-
Truer words never said! I think the only thing I’ve ever really complained about is when they’ve nerfed something unnecessarily (but that’s just my opinion) for example, the Luna NF nerf upcoming. Heck I don’t even have the weapons, but I can’t even begin to imagine how soul destroying that must feel for all the players who have worked so hard to obtain those. It’s all about looking at things from other people’s perspective, nothing ever good comes from thinking only for yourself.
-
That’s called hoarding then :/ Collecting and never using it? Hey I have no space in my house, oh look all this trash and junk I don’t need!!! Nah I’m a “collector” so let’s keep it
-
I agree to an extent .God knows i'v seen enough episodes of horders to know that its unhealthy. I have a 1966 shelby cobra 427 super snake and several other classic cars and motor cycles ,do I drive them everyday?...No I don't.Am I going to get rid of them? Hell no. I am also a collecter of rare guns and Comics as well . So if I wanted to collect all armors of D2 and guns (random rolls excluded) I don't see how it would affect another players experience . From a game programmer stand point it could be a nightmare to code, if that's the case I get it.
-
Yes except in real life hording can have very bad consequences, mainly medical ones. In a video game it has zero negative consequences, so what is wrong with it? The entire point of the game for many people is to collect all the stuff they can, so why limit their ability to do that. It makes absolutely zero sense. In fact it makes just about as much sense as equating the video game to real life.
-
Yes the point is to collect, I get that. But what’s the point of collecting stuff you’re never gonna use. Is that one sparrow in your vault that you can reclaim at anytime really any use? Just delete stuff
-
Not everything can be reclaimed, so your argument falls rather flat Immediately. Some people like collecting the curated rolls for all different gear, some keep master worked versions of old raid armour (since they can still be useful and don't come masterworked). Heck I even know at least two people that keep at least one of each engrams from all the events and such, just for the fun of it. If one of the main reasons for playing the game is supposed to be to collect things, then why hinder people's ability to do so? Maybe if everything could be pulled from the collections with ease this wouldn't be an issue, but good luck coming up with a solution for that.
